Michelle Moore - FOUNDER

Michelle Moore is the CEO of Holistic Counseling & Development Service, LLC (HCDS). A space where patients can find clarity, peace, and balance in their lives allowing them to embrace their purpose and nurture deeper connections with themselves, their families, and others. Michelle created HCDS Counseling to establish short and long term goals for patient success. HCDS focus on parent coaching, building healthier relationships with food, education and training.

In addition to over ten years of experience in HIV/Hospice counseling working with homeless, geriatric and adolescents. Michelle works with you on strategiesthat allow you to address the root cause of your difficulties and buildmeaningful social connections.

Michelle is certified in Reciprocal Imitation Teaching (RIT), an applied behavioral analysis-based approach to increasing imitation and skill-based strategies for neurodivergent learners, through Rush University.

A certificate from Northwestern University's Early Intervention Researh Group - Reduce the Wait, which focuses on assessing children aged 0-3 for autism spectrum disorders.

Michelle holds a postmaster graduate certificte in Behavioral Analysis, Master of Science in Social Work and Community Services, Bachelor of Science in Community Health education, Developmental Thereapist Evaluator through Early Intervention Program, LCSW and LMSW licenses with the State of Illinois.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, campign, gardening, playing the cello and staying active at the gym.
